Steam Bake 

Before pre-heating, add a small amount of water to the cavity at the bottom of the oven. The SteamBake function then creates a humid environment for the first 5-10 minutes of the baking process. This allows the dough to rise whilst still keeping the crust soft. After this initial phase, all the water will have evaporated, and the dough bakes as it normally would.
